The following quantity discounts are available on the Eureka Infusion Pump and Adminisrtation Sets.

Discounts DO NOT apply to promotions or specials.

Discounts based on annual purchase commitment

These discounts cannot be combined with a distributor discount. Universal Medical Technologies would be pleased to quote on any large, custom, or unusual orders; please contact us with your requirements.

Discounts based on full retail pricing, but approved accounts may recieve annual committment discounts.

Distributors: Products may be ordered directly from Universal Medical Technologies Inc..   The prices listed here apply only to products ordered directly from Universal Medical Technologies Inc. Universal Medical Technologies Inc.'s products may not be available to distributors in some countries.

Non Distributors: Products may be ordered directly or from one of our approved distributors. Please check our  Distributor  list. 

How Discounts Work: Discount is per total case quantity per order. Cases may be combined. Example:
Eureka-IP Infusion Pumps 4 unit
UA-11101 Administration Sets 3 cases
UA-11202 Administration Sets 3 cases
Total 10
Discount Amount 5%

Payment Terms: Net 30 days for customers with established credit. Prepayment or COD may be required if credit has not been established. PO's welcomed. Credit Cards Coming soon.

Shipping and Handling Charges:
US Domestic: Prefered method of US delivery will be UPS.  Shipping charges will be added to orders, FOB Scottsdale, AZ USA.

International: An additional $50 handling charge will be added to orders shipped outside the United States. Non US Orders may be handled through your freight forwarder. All orders CIF otherwise.

Returns: Standard items which have not been used or damaged may be returned within 30 days for a credit or refund. A 20% restocking charge will be deducted from the refund or credit in most cases. Universal Medical Technologies Inc. does not offer refunds or credits on special custom or made-to-order products, such as special clamps & swivels, or products with custom modifications.
